George graduated from the Lebanese University (LU) in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting. He worked at LORICO, one of the largest regional grain trading companies at the time, for ten years; eventually becoming the company’s Chartering and Operations Manager in 2000. George joined Consolidated Bulk Inc in 2006 and is presently the group’s Shipping Manager with notable expertise in all types of shipping, chartering, and post-fixture operations including insurance and claims handling. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (MICS) in London since 2003.
