Riza Kaya

Riza graduated from the Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 2011 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He then pursued an MS in International Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Before becoming a distinguished commodities trader, Riza worked as a Management Consultant and Business Development Manager, predominantly in fintech. In 2014, Riza finally started his trading career at HeidelbergCement Trading (now Heidelberg Materials), where he became a Trading Manager. He subsequently joined International Materials Inc. (IMI) where he spent 6 years; culminating in him becoming a Trading Director for the EMEA region. In 2024, Riza joined BULKGROUP by co-founding CBI International DMCC, the group’s Dubai-based trading entity; and is now tasked with further expanding the group’s worldwide trading activities.
