Roy graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC) in 2007 with a BS in Business Administration and a Minor in Law & Society. He then obtained an LLB Honors in Law with an emphasis on International and Comparative Law from the University of London, SOAS, in 2010. He eventually joined Consolidated Bulk Inc as a Commodities Trader. Today, Roy manages the group’s trading activities and is also the group’s Legal Counsel, thereby setting legal strategy in coordination with various lawyers in the many jurisdictions in which the group operates.
